Sales Engineer – Energy and Power segment (m/f)

For our client, we are in search for a result driven and motivated person for the position of:

Sales Engineer – Energy and Power segment (m/f)

Location: Sarajevo

Main responsibilities:

  • Sales and promotion of SE products and solutions in the Energy and Power segment (with the focus on low voltage solutions, industrial automation, building management systems) covering the transactional business and project management for the panel builders, contractors, specifiers, system integrators and OEM (Original Equipment Makers).
  • Researching, understanding and market monitoring related to offers and customers
  • Development of complex offers based on SE products and solutions
  • Providing numerical data necessary for continuous monitoring of users
  • Participation in defining projections and creating strategies for segment panel builders, contractors and specifiers.
  • Implementation of SE commercial policy
  • Promotion of sales tools to customers
  • Cooperation with other departments to achieve the sales goal of the department and the company
  • Gathering market information about projects
  • Managing the customer base and projects through standard SE tools
  • Reporting on monthly activities and results

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions
  • University degree ‒ technical background
  • Outstanding sales abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Effective time-management and organizational skills
  • Data-driven and proactive mindset
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Excellent knowledge of Office 365
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Driving licence (B)
