Our client is Hertz International, the region’s leading rent-a-car company with more than 2.500 cars at disposal, ranging from economy city cars to luxury cars.

Hertz International is currently seeking a motivated professional for the position of:

Marketing & Customer Experience Coordinator (m/f)

Location: Zagreb

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing, preparing, and executing marketing plan
  • Managing end-to-end campaigns including their development, launch and tracking across digital, ATL and BTL channels in cooperation with external partners and relevant stakeholders within the company
  • Leading digital campaigns for different social media platforms
  • Monitoring SEO and user engagement; suggesting content optimization
  • Identifying opportunities and proposing actions for increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Managing marketing/advertising and PR agencies
  • Managing influencers and organizing events
  • Participating in developing and defining the brand’s positioning in Croatia
  • Creating and implementing employer branding activities
  • Coordinating customer experience team

Required skills, knowledge and experience:

  • University degree in marketing or other similar fields
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Advanced use of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Proactive approach to task execution in a dynamic and international work environment
