President of the Board of Zagrebačka pivovara, Marko Njavro, and Željko Maslać, general director of Molson Coors Bosnia and Herzegovina, accepted the Employer Partner certificates from Aleksandar Zemunić, Member of the Management Board of SELECTIO.
“We are proud to be a TOP Employer Partner in Croatia for three consecutive years. This certificate is proof that we have a great team of people who really do an awesome job. We have successfully introduced innovation in the HRM processes, and we are systematically working on the employer branding strategy by which we present our company to existing and future employees. Our HRM practices have been recognized by independent experts as successful, high quality and efficient, which is an incentive for us to continue investing in human resources even more”, noted Marko Njavro, President of the Board of Zagrebačka pivovara.
We are extremely proud of the results, especially because this is only the second year of certification for MCBH. Our market is extremely challenging and complex, so this certification is a confirmation that we have been able to maintain a high level of engagement of our employees. We believe this is the result of redesigning our process of attracting and selecting employees, of providing a range of training and development opportunities, as well as of a range of activities in the area of corporate responsibility. Through cooperation with faculties in Sarajevo, Mostar and Banja Luka, we are increasingly recognized among the youth as a desirable employee and that is the path that we will continue in the future in order to attract and retain our best talents,” said Željko Maslać, General Manager of Molson Coors Bosnia and Herzegovina.
