Valoviti papir Dunapack rewarded for quality human resources management!

Valoviti papir Dunapack d.o.o., a member of Prinzhorn Group, went through the audit of their HR system for the second consecutive year and confirmed its excellence in human resources management by achieving the Employer Partner status again. In this year’s certification process, Dunapack achieved a higher score in two assessed areas, Recruitment and Selection and Employee Relations, confirming its focus on quality employment and employee retention.

During the past year, Dunapack has taken a series of steps to further strengthen the HR function with IT support, and during the certification process, the Company was especially praised for its high-quality employer branding activities, which they use to familiarize the potential employees with their business, and for the numerous forms of remuneration they offer to their employees. Compared to the previous year, Dunapack has increased the number of hours of training per employee, and the company can also be proud of good internal communication practices, as well as of the activities it organizes to further encourage good relations with and among the employees. For example, two times a year the company organizes a gathering for the employees and their families at Terme Tuhelj, and each year the company organizes team buildings for all employees.
