SOS Children’s Villages Bosnia and Herzegovina have achieved high scores in the assessment of the human resources management processes in all five assessed areas which reflects their dedication to investing in employees and to constant improvements of work processes with the aim of providing the best care possible to the children without parental care.
At the ceremony held at SELECTIO’s premises, Omar Šehović, Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development Department, accepted the Certificate from Aleksandar Zemunić, Member of the Management Board of SELECTIO.
