Psychological assessment

In our assessment centre you can obtain a complete picture about the candidate or employee using proven methods. Some details about candidates during the selection process may only be underlying and are largely affected by personal impressions so it is advisable to use psychological tests.

Assessment may consist of psychological tests, tests of expert knowledge and interview. Also, candidates can be assessed through comprehensive assessment in Assessment Centre – selection method that combines several selection tools.
