Luckia Croatia, a games of chance brand run by Major Internacional Ltd., is, again this year, a holder of the prestigious Employer Partner certificate. Compared to last year, Luckia Croatia has achieved a higher score in this year’s certification process in three major areas – in areas regarding HR strategy, recruitment and selection processes, and employee relations – which shows Luckia Croatia’s commitment to continuous improvement of HR processes.
The company is extremely proud of its onboarding programme. Each new employee is assigned a mentor, an experienced employee, who accompanies the new employee and provides support during the programme, which lasts three months, while the new employee is getting acquainted with the job and has the opportunity to meet the key company managers and get introduced with the company’s work from different perspectives of its employees. Company managers describe their departments to the new employee, as well as the company’s goal, vision and values from the point of view of their function. Upon completion of the three-month program, the employee has a conversation with the Director who hands him or her the welcome package, and then the employee evaluates the overall onboarding process so that it can be further improved based on the received suggestions.
During last year, Luckia Croatia’s employees participated in 56 hours of training on average, which further demonstrates how the company gives great importance to the development of its employees, and in the certification process, Luckia Croatia was especially praised for its quality salary system and a very transparent remuneration system that enables all employees to predict their rewards based on their work performance appraisals.
