Team roles assesement and development of high-performing teams

It is a well-known fact that a product of team work can outweigh the sum of products of individual work. Because of that, the possibility of forming and balancing the team from the very beginning of its work is of strategic importance. Equally important and valuable is an opportunity to balance and harmonise the individuals in an already formed team which can (but does not have to) display the signs of inefficiency.

For the purposes of team roles assessment and development of high-performing teams, we employ the Belbin Team Role Inventory, a model of analysing the team roles.
