Change management in a team

Established teams face difficulties arising from various causes – indifference and inertness, group dynamics, competitiveness of certain individuals, conflicts, poor results. All of those are reasons to conduct the analysis of the cause and initiate changes that shall restore the balance and effectiveness of the team, simultaneously taking into account both the individual and the team.

For the purpose of analysis of the causes and implementation of the changes necessary for effective functioning of a team we employ the Belbin Team Role Inventory, a model of analysing the team roles.
