Team development

Joint efforts made by the team usually yield results that outweigh the sum of individual results. The team brings together the skills, experiences, ideas, motivation, energy – the achieved effect can be expressed as 1 + 1 = 3. But, any group of employees cannot function as a good team, because the team consists of different individuals with their own needs, ambitions, experiences, preferred manners of work, behavior patterns and relationship towards work.

Development of an efficient and coordinated team does not happen by chance, various personalities have to be united with the purpose of cooperation and achieving set results. The members of an efficient team know their goals, understand their colleagues’ and their own strengths and weaknesses, responsibly contribute to solving their tasks and provide support to each other. On the other hand, a successful team needs unambiguous guidance, clearly set goals, open communication and knowledge and skills from manager is the one who should align the employees’ differences and direct them to the desired goals and results, which requires appropriate skills and knowledge.
