Organisation development

Organisation development encompasses a comprehensive planned organisational change, managed from the top of organisation pyramid with the purpose of improving the organisational effectiveness and overall “health condition” of an organisation, through planned interventions in organisational processes and drawing on behavioral science.

The analysis of the existing problems enables understanding of their causes and creates foundations for their solving, leading to improvement in overall business success.

The analysis also establishes the state of all organisational resources – past experience and mistakes as learning points, responsibilities, knowledge exchange, as well as common goals, plan of their achievement, joint efforts and meeting the objectives.
