Outplacement and career guidance

Outplacement comprises social and planned efforts, a systematic support and counselling of employees who are made to leave the company due to organisational changes. The primary purpose of outplacement is to assist the displaced employees in finding new and suitable employment as soon as possible.

Career guidance is expert counselling focused on career development and a support in recognizing and taking important steps in professional life, in order to make sure that a person’s career develops in accordance with his or her wishes and qualifications.
