Coca-Cola HBC Hrvatska among TOP 5 Employer Partners again, Coca-Cola HBC B-H Sarajevo Employer Partner for the sixth time!

Coca-Cola HBC Hrvatska and Coca-Cola HBC B-H Sarajevo were awarded the Employer Partner certificate again this year.

Coca-Cola HBC Hrvatska has been a part of the Certificate Employer Partner project since 2006 and they reaffirm their commitment to quality in employee management each year, and in this year’s certification process the company has achieved an impressive score of 97% of points. Thus, Coca-Cola HBC Hrvatska is again among the TOP 5 Employers Partners, i.e., among the companies that achieved the highest results in the HR audit within the Certificate Employer Partner project.

Coca-Cola HBC B-H Sarajevo has been a part of the Certificate Employer Partner project for six years now and they confirm their commitment to quality of employee management every year as well, in this year’s certification the company also achieved an impressive score of 97% of points.

Coca-Cola HBC Hrvatska and Coca-Cola B-H Sarajevo have achieved, in this year’s certification process, the maximum number of points in the areas of Performance Management and Training and Development, demonstrating their continued commitment to employee development. The work performance of Coca-Cola employees is assessed in a quality and systematic way and individual development plans, that enable their continuous progress and development of their knowledge and skills, are defined for them according to their needs and interests. In the past year, all employees participated in some of the additional forms of training, while on average, Coca-Cola HBC Hrvatska’s employees participated in over 50 hours of education and in Coca-Cola HBC BH Sarajevo in more than 45 hours of education.

Coca-Cola is also focused on contributing to the community and providing opportunities for young people, so through numerous programs, like CocaCola Youth Empowered program, they help young people in acquiring business and life skills, while as part of programs such as summer internship Coke Summership, they give students the opportunity to work with Coca-Cola mentors on concrete projects and thus gain invaluable experience and skills.
