British American Tobacco becomes Employer Partner in seven different markets!

Companies operating in British American Tobacco (BAT) Adria system joined the proud holders of the Employer Partner certificate. BAT has confirmed it meets the high standards required by the certificate on seven markets in the Adria region, including the Albanian, Bosnian and Herzegovinian, Croatian, Kosovan, Macedonian, Slovenian and Serbian markets.

During the certification process, the companies operating in BAT Adria system stood out particularly in the area related to the performance management system, due to its well-developed system of competencies that are considered critical for successful business operations and is systematically used in employee selection and development, as well as in assessing employee performance.
