Novigrad company Aminess, which owns several hotels and campsites in Istria and Dalmatia, has been awarded the Employer Partner certificate again this year. Sanja Žužić, HR Manager of Aminess Hotels & Campsites, received the Employer Partner certificate from Aleksandar Zemunić, Member of the Management Board of SELECTIO.
During the certification process, the company particularly stood out with their activities and projects in the area of employee care and company brand strengthening. Aminess has developed Aminess HUB, an educational platform that connects a set of internal trainings with the goal of employee development at all levels, and encompasses three different areas of education – Aminess Gourmet LAB, Aminess Smart and Aminess PRO. For example, as part of the Aminess Gourmet LAB concept, every year the employees have the opportunity to work with top guest chefs from Croatia and the region to keep up with guest and market demands.

Also, every year Aminess invests in improving the accommodation conditions and nutrition of its employees, and for the 2020 season, the first hotel for employees in Novigrad will be ready, just ten minutes from the farthest Aminess facility and 300 meters from the sea. Aminess’ seasonal employees, of whom as much as 70% return to the company, have the same additional benefits at their disposal as permanent employees (Christmas bonus, holiday bonus, gifts for children, monthly net income…).
