Addiko Bank was awarded the Employer Partner (CEP) certificate, and thus became the first bank to hold this certificate in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The multi-month certification process, which includes an independent in-depth analysis of the human resources management system, was recently successfully completed by Addiko Bank. Five major areas of human resource management were analysed – HR strategy, recruitment and selection process, performance management, training and development, and employee relations. Addiko Bank achieved high results in all assessed areas, and especially stood out with its quality HR strategy and initiatives related to organizational culture and care for employees.

Thanks to their engagement over the past four years, we have been able to make a strong transformation of our business and completely change our approach to clients and the market. This recognition is important to us because it is an independent, external confirmation of our efforts in managing people,” said Sanela Pašić, President of the Management Board of Addiko Bank Sarajevo.
At Addiko Bank, there is a great focus on the culture of work in the Bank, and it is extremely important that all employees feel comfortable and satisfied at their workplace. Employee satisfaction and engagement surveys are conducted on a regular basis. The Bank’s Management Board regularly visits all regions in which the Bank operates and communicates directly and completely openly to employees the results and information on the Bank’s strategy and future activities, while informal gatherings are also organized, where employees can ask the Management Board all issues that interest them. Also, the company has a program that encourages employee suggestions to improve the business, while regularly rewarding the best ideas.
