Addiko Bank Sarajevo the only bank in Bosnia and Herzegovina awarded the Employer Partner certificate

Addiko Bank was awarded the Employer Partner (CEP) certificate, and thus became the first bank to hold this certificate in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The multi-month certification process, which includes an independent in-depth analysis of the human resources management system, was recently successfully completed by Addiko Bank. Five major areas of human resource management were analysed – HR strategy, recruitment and selection process, performance management, training and development, and employee relations. Addiko Bank achieved high results in all assessed areas, and especially stood out with its quality HR strategy and initiatives related to organizational culture and care for employees.

This recognition is important to us because it is an independent, external confirmation of our efforts in managing people,” said Sanela Pašić, President of the Management Board of Addiko Bank Sarajevo.
