Since April, SELECTIO has been awarding the Excellence During Challenges award to companies that have shown they truly care for their employees during this challenging pandemic year. In addition to emphasizing the importance of focusing on employees, the goal of the Excellence During Challenges award is the exchange of initiatives and good practices that many companies have started in this period full of challenges and unpredictable circumstances.
Links, a computer equipment retail chain, is ending 2020 with great success in the field of employee management. Namely, at the end of November, Links completed the process of independent evaluation of their HR system and obtained the Employer Partner certificate.
Japan Tobacco International is one of the companies that showed exceptional employee care and rapid adaptation to the new circumstances during the pandemic. Their excellent practices and initiatives have been recognized through the Excellence During Challenges award, an award given by SELECTIO since April this year with the aim of recognizing companies that in this period put employees first as well as sharing good HR practices related to crisis management.
Raiffeisenbank Austria has been the employer of the Employer Partner certificate for half a decade. During this year’s recertification, RBA again achieved very high results in all assessed areas, and especially stood out with a well-established human resources management strategy and transparent recruitment and selection processes.
Erste Bank AD Podgorica is the first bank in Montenegro to be awarded with the Excellence During Challenges award. This recognition has been awarded since April this year to companies that have shown rapid adaptation and quality attitude towards employees in this period of the coronavirus pandemic.
The Employer Partner Certificate project, launched by the leading Croatian consulting and headhunting agency SELECTIO, is celebrating its 15th birthday this month. Certificate Employer Partner is a project launched with the aim of promoting quality employee management, and over 100 organizations have participated in it so far. By entering the Certificate Employer Partner project, companies go through a process of detailed analysis of their HR systems, while only those that meet the high HR standards prescribed by the project methodology receive the Employer Partner status.
Henkel Adhezivi BH, Henkel BH Sarajevo, Henkel Croatia, Henkel Maribor and Henkel Slovenia have confirmed the high standards of the Employer Partner certificate even in this challenging year.
The Employer Partner certificate was awarded to the company Valoviti papir Dunapack d.o.o., a member of the Prinzhorn Group.
Mozzart is a new holder of the Employer Partner certificate. During the 15 years of the Certificate’s existence, more than 100 companies in 10 European markets have participated in the certification process.
INA and six other members of INA Group were awarded the Employer Partner certificate this year again. Along with INA, CROSCO, STSI, INA MAZIVA, Top Računovodstvo Servisi, Plavi tim and INA Maloprodajni servisi were also awarded the Employer Partner status. Also, INA achieved the highest scores out of all companies certified as part of the CEP project in the past year, and thus found itself at the top of the list of TOP 5 Employers Partners.
