Ciklopea, a company specialized in translation and localization services for over 30 languages, has been awarded the SELECTIO’s Certificate Employer Partner for the fifth time in a row. In the assessment of the human resources management processes, Ciklopea achieved 85% of the total possible number of points and thus showed that, when it comes to human resources management, they successfully speak the language of HR excellence as well.

Hrvatska banka za obnovu i razvitak achieved 87% of the total possible points in this year’s certification process and thus confirmed the Employer Partner status again. HBOR has been part of the SELECTIO’s Certificate Empoloyer Partner project since 2006, and as one of the five state-owned companies that are holders of the Certificate, they reaffirm their excellence when it comes to human resources management each year.

Poslovna inteligencija, the leading analytic systems implementation and strategic ICT consulting company in Southeast Europe, is a winner of the Certificate Employer Partner for the first time. Poslovna inteligencija achieved a score of 86% during the certification process, and it was evaluated in five areas: Strategy, Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Training and Development, and Employee Relations.

Vipnet, since recently A1 Hrvatska, changed their name and visual identity this year, but what remained the same is certainly the quality of their human resources management and so they were again awarded the Certificate Employer Partner at the ceremony held at their premises.

HEINEKEN Croatia was awarded the certificate Employer Partner after confirming the high standards of their human resources management in the certification process and achieving 94 out of 100% of the total possible points.

Pharmaceutical company AbbVie has confirmed their Employer Partner status in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Serbia by participating in the evaluation process in which the expert tripartite team recognized its human resources management processes as excellent on all three mentioned markets in five major areas – in the areas of Strategy, Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Training and Development and Employee Relations.

Quality of human resources management is a part of the Development strategy Pošta2022 in which employees are at the center of the core postal values: trust, proactivity and excellence. On the trail of these values, but also of the areas in which Hrvatska pošta has shown even greater progress this year, the certification team of the consulting company SELECTIO has awarded the Certificate Employer Partner to Hrvatska pošta for the second consecutive year, confirming again that Hrvatska pošta achieves outstanding success in human resource management.
