We are in the constant search for high quality, motivated candidates for the following position: HR MANAGER (m/f) Main responsibilities of HR Manager: employment (definition of needs and expenses, planning, recruitment and selection process management, job introduction process coordination and implementation), work expenses control (participating in business plan and budget making, achievement monitoring on the regular basis and reporting), performance Management (process coordination, information protocol assuring, process administration, process participants education, efficiency analysis and analysis of the criteria adequacy), motivation and reward system (budget planning, rewards system analysis, monitoring and the analysis of wages and rewards, implementation of performance management and of adequate reward system, etc.), education and career development (development of the system for identification of educational needs, participating and/or supporting of educational plan development, organization and coordination of internal and external educations, management of employers’ career development, etc.), strategic human resource management (definition of human resource management strategy that would allow business goals enforcement, planning of the activities, job analysis, workplace systematization, definition of key competencies, targets defining, measuring of targets achieving efficacy, continuous management counselling), making sure that all HR processes have efficient administrative support and that are compatible with legal regulations and company standards.
Ideal candidate for the position should have: university degree (preferably in economics or social studies), significant working experience in human reassures, developed organizational skills and people management skills, ability to be cooperative and to work in a team, experience in management of other peoples’ work and in motivating others, advance PC skills, active usage of English language (written and oral).
