We are in the constant search for high quality, motivated candidates for the following position: FINANCE MANAGER (m/f) Key tasks and responsibilities of Finance Manager: organization, supervision and development of company’ activities in finance, accounting, business analysis and planning, internal control and audit, billing, credit control and cash collection, to provide senior management with the appropriate financial information in accordance with statutory accounting procedures in order to find opportunities for improving profitability, budgeting, monthly and quarterly reporting, responsibility for cash flows of the company, to lead, train and manage the finance team
Ideal candidate for this position should have: university degree in finance or accounting, (masters or MBA degree is an advantage), minimum of 5 years’ professional finance experience including management positions in “operations” finance, strong accounting, taxation and finance knowledge, sound knowledge of IFRS, ability to analyze the business from an operational perspective and proactively partner with operating management, experience in developing, motivating and managing teams, excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage many complex projects simultaneously, computer literacy, fluent English language (verbal and written) for business purposes.
