SELECTIO and GISDATA sign agreement (17.06.2008.)

       On Tuesday, 17 June 2008 SELECTIO has signed an HR consulting service agreement for providing human resources consulting services aimed at synchronizing, upgrading and enhancing HRM function with GISDATA Group. This project, based on close cooperation with management and employees, will be carried out in all GISDATA Group operating companies, with offices located in Zagreb, Ljubljana, Belgrade, Sarajevo, Skopje and Budapest. 

Company‘s success – human capital
In this occasion, SELECTIO’s Executive Director Vera Cubranic has enounced: “This project greatly defines exactly what human resources means today: to develop and strategically manage the only resource that, without any doubt, brings competitive advantage to the company – its human capital.                                                             

The goal of the project is to enhance existing human resources management system at GISDATA, specifically in all subsidiaries of GISDATA Group. The results of the project will be manifested in definition and implementation of processes that will allow business goals to be achieved through their key carriers – experts and professionals of GISDATA Group. 

Since the employees - their knowledge, abilities and skills - are the most responsible for dynamic growth and for achieving the leading status on Croatian and international market, SELECTIO will approach the project primarily from the perspective of current and future GISDATA Group’s employees.

SLECTIO will execute the project with the support and participation of GISDATA Group’s Management Team and all employees. The results of this project, whose beginning has been attended with great joy and pride, are expected very soon!”
