SAP Analyst HR Systems - SAP HR Security (m/f)

We are looking for talented experienced SAP HR professionals with strong analytical capabilities, creative approach to problem solving & well developed communication skills.
The Opportunity
As SAP Analyst you will support SAP Security in a Global SAP HR system, contribute in implementation of system changes coming from project & support organizations. You will be part of the central team that is maintaining and harmonizing authorizations in Global SAP HR system to achieve long term solution sustainability.
Specifically, you will:
Understand business requirements & design authorizations for SAP HCM modules (ESS/MSS, PA, OM, LSO, MbO, ECM, Benefits, etc), BI and CRM systems
Maintain & enhance authorization concept in line with PMI SAP security principles & industry practices
Perform risk & impact analysis of proposed system changes
Prepare specifications, manage implementations & conduct testing of authorization changes
Coordinate realization of initiatives according to validated & approved requirements
Analyze incidents, propose fixes & solutions
Communicate authorization concept to business owners and internal controls
Keep track of the work in the Service Management tool
Monitor & control execution of the work that is done by off-shore team
Maintain and update appropriate technical and functional documentation
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in support, configuration and testing of SAP Security, preferably in HCM module, and/or Finance, Controlling, Procurement, etc.
Comprehensive experience with SAP Profile Generator Tool
Advanced knowledge of Authorization Concept in SAP ECC
Ability to translate business processes into technical design
Experience in support and delivery of integrated enterprise applications (SAP ECC & SAP BI)
Good understanding of key processes in delivering IS/IT services
Very good command of English
