Jasmina Sockovic is an owner of a private consulting company Pilgrim Ltd., and until recently she worked as the Director at SELECTIO Ltd. She is a frequent lecturer at conferences and seminars on subjects from the field of general, as well as Human Resources, management and social psychology. Within the scope of Croatian Enterprise Promotion (CEP) project, in association with the Association of Management Consultants, she developed a training programme for future Human Resources consultants.
She was also "Employer Partner Certificate" Project Manager, within which SELECTIO Group’s team developed methodology and standards for evaluation of organisation’s excellence in Human Resources Management. The methodology developed for this project, constinuosly upgraded by certifications in best Croatian organizations, provides the use of the Employer Partner Certificate as a quality tool for evaluation, design and implementation of Human Resources Management processes. The Certificate has been awarded to some of the currently most successful Croatian companies. Tanja Prekodravac, Expert Advisor for Education and Human Resource Development, joined SELECTIO Group in 2006 as the Career Day Project Manager. Graduated Psychology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb, and continues her education in the field of Human Resources Management and development, as well as in therapy work. She completed further education in the field of stress and burnout, crisis intervention, communication, family mediation, group leadership, etc. She is currently completing a graduate course in Gestalt psychotherapy and body psychotheraphy. Professional experience includes professional recruitment and selection, education and development, as well as project consulting and certification within the "Employer Partner Certificate" project. She worked on development, implementation and coordination of a number of educational programmes in Croatia. She held many lectures and workshops in the field of communication and presentation skills, teamwork, time management, professional stress, motivation, psyhological testing etc. for individuals, groups, institutions and organisations, as well as participated in the implementation of advisory work with youth and grownups.
Aleksandar Zemunic is SELECTIO Group employee since 2003. As a Director of the company SELECTIO kadrovi Ltd., he is currently responsible for all bussiness functions, as well as development of recrutiment and selection services, managing recruitment team and key projects and advising clients on all matters in the field of Human Resources Management. His fields of expertise encompass organisational and personnel analysis, assessment of organisation’s key potentials, Human Resources Management strategies, competencies system, managing work performance, motivation and rewards, recruitment and employee selection, etc. Participates in business development, planning and financial analyses. Lectures various HR modules, and is a licensed advisor of Belbin Team Roles methodology, as well as a certificator of excellence in Human Resources Management. Holds a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Cardiff University where he graduated with a distinction for masters' thesis 'High Performance Work Practices in financial services sector’. He was a recipient of Chevening scholarship, ‘UK government’s flagship scholarship scheme’ funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and managed by British Council. He graduated Financial Management at the Faculty of Economics, University of J.J. Strossmayer, Osijek. Ivana Zekic graduated Psychology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb, in 2002. During her studies, she volunteered on support hotline where she improved her communication skills, and learned the basics of counselling. She worked for a year as an associate and a lecturer of psychology at a high school. During her career at SELECTIO and Electus Human Resources Ltd. she was the Head of Psychological Evaluation department. She is a licensed trainer and organises seminars and teambuilding workshops based on the application of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Belbin Team Roles methodology. Regularly participates as a lecturer at in-house and open educational programmes in the field of Human Resources Management for clients from both private and public sector. She attended a series of seminars, workshops and conferences on evaluation, consulting and Human Resources Management. Today she works as Psyhologist in SOS Djecje selo Lekenik. Sanja Sabo has graduated in Psychology at the Croatian Studies. Her further specialisation in the field of Human Resources includes a Master degree in HR Management at Oxford Brookes University within which she has obtained a deeper understanding of people management and development strategies and practices within global business and international organisational contexts. Her specialisation focuses on contemporary HR practices, including recruitment, learning and development, talent management, employee relations, reward and strategic human resource management as well as various aspects of organisational behaviour.
She is licensed advisor of Belbin Team Roles methodology and a professional associate within the projects of excellence in human resources management. Her areas of expertise include strategic human resources management, professional assessment, recruitment and selection, management of organisation innovation and change, leadership pipeline development and talent management.
Stefica Colic is the Head of SELECTIO Group General and Legal department since 2008. She graduated from Law Faculty in Zagreb. She was appointed permanent court interpreter for English language and has commenced the ACCA practicing certificate procedure in English, organised by FTC Kaplan, university for licensed accountants. She began her career at KPMG where she gained valuable experience and participated in a number of due diligence projects with particular emphasis on employment and harmonisation of companies under takeover with the Employment Act. Her professional experience includes consulting foreign companies in conducting business in Croatia, including consulting on employing, employment relations and employment of foreign nationals on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, as well as engagement on projects in the field of employment law: drafting employment by-laws, Health and Safety regulations, Employment contracts, Managerial contracts, compensation packages defined by Managerial contracts, etc. She also worked on projects dealing with legal consulting on commercial law: founding companies and branch offices of foreign companies, mergers, increase and decrease of shareholders’ equity, power-of-attorney for relieving and electing members of the Board, documents for mergers and demergers, etc.
